This is part of the  Vietnam Travel Series read further. Meditating to the Sunrise along the seashore of the East Vietnam Sea is a lovely experience. In Vietnam in the city of Danang, people wake up early to be part of the sunrise experience. Locals love to excercise do Tai Chi or simply stretch an hour before sunrise. The space is quiet and everyone loves to be as close to the seashore. In the video footage below it was taken at the Furama Resort Danag Private Beach. Because it is a private beach it is not as loud to where the locals go, which is several km away. Although it belongs to the the Resort people everyday tourists including locals walk along  the East Vietnam Sea coastline shortly before sunrise. Did the Sea floor lift after the Venezuela 7 magnitude twin earthquakes on June 24, 2026? According to Nasa, "Radar data from the NISAR satellite show that La Guaira and nearby areas experienced significant ground displacement from the June 2026 temblors."  The Twin 7 magnitude earthquakes triggered a shocking coastal uplift in Trinidad and Tobago. On the same month on another Continent Philippines experienced a drastic coast uplift and seafloor uplift . Nature is accelerating its usual term. Many locations around the World have been displaced. Today, I saw what looked like a small fox or coyote desperately walking in the middle of a two lane drive at 3:45 am. I wonder could this animal have come all the way from Ontario's land where the fires are taking place. I do not live in Ontario but it makes me feel sad for those that are being displaced. A powerful presentation as the models walked fiercely down the catwalk considering it as one of my most favorite. It was the not only the music that brought motivation but the passion for the designs behind it all. One could tell it was driven to excel. Perhaps it was the designers one more presentation for the collection called Etro Flux. With trends that are alive today such as fringe , sheer, with lots of  leather , ruffles and cuffed hemmed pants. Not to forget the Gitana and Spanish flamenco vibes.  A group of about twenty beautiful Peacocks visit the Furama Danang Resort every morning. What a joyful experience to have with these gorgeous creatures around. Whenever they came around during my breakfast at the Cafe Indochine I was flabbergasted. They are the cutest things to watch as they too had their breakfast infront of the restaurant. These Peacocks are the friendliest animals I have seen. Serene to be around them and I felt surely blessed. Guests of all ages loved to film this special celebrities. During the days of the week they came out shortly after 7 am breakfast began at 6:30 am. I filmed the Peacocks many times on various days during my stay at the Furama Danang Resort. Has anyone been noticing the 10 km depth trend that keeps on reoccurring? A 10 km depth powerful magnitude 7.5 earthquake hit 30 km (19 miles) away from Moron, Carabobo,  Venezuela, in the late afternoon of Wednesday, Jun 24, 2026 at 6.05 pm local time (America/Caracas GMT -4). The epicenter latitude and longitude are  10.4351°N / 68.4716°W.  A minute earlier a 6.4 magnitude and 20 km depth 3 km SE of Yumare, Venezuela. While the death toll number is not exact so far it is estimated nearly 1,943 and about 69,000 remain missing. After many days without electricity it has been restored. Some media reports have claimed that entire neighbourhoods vanished. La Guaira, Venezuela has been the most affected area. Life in Danang Vietnam is very busy in the mornings. I went during the time there was a  heatwave worldwide at the end of the Month of May 2026. On my first day I noticed that people were walking along the seashore at around 5:30 am. So on my second day I made sure I got up earlier than the day before. After traveling from Vancouver airport to South Korea Incheon Airport then to Vietnam. It took over 24 hours just to arrive at the Furama Resort. We arrived at midnight. I was still a little  jet-lagged . Regardless, I learned quickly to get up early. So after going for early walks just like the locals. I recommend it just like the locals to have a routine. You will know how long your walks will be and how long your eating schedules will take. Leaving enough time for extra things to do in between. The locals exercised along the seashore before sunrise.
