The children’s tale is written after the little red hooded cape worn by a little girl whom the story focuses on.  The cape is becoming a trend on the runway because designers are choosing to incorporate them into their collection. However, capes is not just a design but it is an article of clothing unlike some other trends that are added to a design. Some designers choose not to add shorts to their collection.
