I had been walking for several sunrises prior but on one of my last days I decided to just sit and relax no movement just feeling and listening to the sounds of water the waves brushing on my feet. What is sound therapy? If you are out on vacation or visiting a resort spa you will find sound therapy or sometimes called sound healing. Sound therapy is described as a technique that: uses specific tones, frequencies, and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks to promote mental and physical well-being. It helps reduce stress, ease anxiety, lower blood pressure, and manage conditions like tinnitus.  My first time I had sound therapy done to me was at the Furama Resort in Vietnam, Danang. It was a one of a kind experience. I really enjoyed listening to the beautiful sounds the Tibetan bowls resonated to my ears. Since I had never been to one before I really had no expectations. I did not even know that I had to lie on my back. As I lay there listening to the heavenly sounds that came from my head where the bowls were placed over the floor close.
