Meditate to Sunrise and Ocean Waves Private Beach in Vietnam 4:30 am

This is part of the  Vietnam Travel Series read further. Meditating to the Sunrise along the seashore of the East Vietnam Sea is a lovely experience. In Vietnam in the city of Danang, people wake up early to be part of the sunrise experience. Locals love to excercise do Tai Chi or simply stretch an hour before sunrise. The space is quiet and everyone loves to be as close to the seashore. In the video footage below it was taken at the Furama Resort Danag Private Beach. Because it is a private beach it is not as loud to where the locals go, which is several km away. Although it belongs to the the Resort people everyday tourists including locals walk along  the East Vietnam Sea coastline shortly before sunrise. Did the Sea floor lift after the Venezuela 7 magnitude twin earthquakes on June 24, 2026? According to Nasa, "Radar data from the NISAR satellite show that La Guaira and nearby areas experienced significant ground displacement from the June 2026 temblors."  The Twin 7 magnitude earthquakes triggered a shocking coastal uplift in Trinidad and Tobago. On the same month on another Continent Philippines experienced a drastic coast uplift and seafloor uplift . Nature is accelerating its usual term. Many locations around the World have been displaced. The North Pole is shifting every year. Continents move so it is nothing new. Take for example in South Florida on February 19, 2026 Deerfield, Pompano Beach, Miami  Florida's where the seafloor and coastline was dissolving. In areas where it should have been 12 meters shows 30 and then 40 meters low.
