One flight came from Monterrey to Puerto Vallarta. The Guadalajara airport is now operational. Are any of the flights secure and safe?  The first flight to leave today is at 10:56 am local time to Fort Worth , Texas. The first Canadian flight leaves at 12:45 am local time is Air Transat to Toronto. The Canadian airlines leaving this afternoon are Porter, Westjet, Air Transat and Flair. The American airlines that will leave this afternoon are Delta Air, Alaska, Executive, American and United. Southwestern and Sunwing aviation have cancelled their flights today.

Yesterday, during the press conference of the President of Mexico she declared that people could still go out in Mexico. The United States embassy declared a shelter in place. President Trump clearly said on Monday that he had offered help to the President of Mexico but she refused. Another recent report from CNN has been that El Mencho was wounded after capture. He died later while he was being transported to the hospital.  Argentina's ex vice president Carlos Ruckauf has reported on television that it was the American DEA that led the operation to capture El Mencho but during the transportation it was the Mexican Government that killed him.
