For this past few days, Birth Certificate has been a question in my mind. I mentioned before how it was once stated that the famous actor that started Hollywood Chaplin did not own a birth certificate. There is a lot that one can suspect in this time and age when one does not own a birth certificate. Sounds Unfamiliar.

The Truth is, many people around the world do not own a picture ID, and those are the ones Jesus Christ called the Blessed. The blessed are the poor, Jesus Christ said. In third world countries the problem with the poor not getting education in the normal society is that they can be discriminated. Because their mothers gives birth to them and they do not hold a date of birth. Therefore, they do not hold a birth certificate. There is nothing wrong with that. The same can happen with first and second world countries where there Natives or so called indigenous people do not have to have a birth certificate. Why would they.
What happens to those who do not know their date of birth or a birth certificate. Try looking where the origins of how a birth certificate began in the first place.
