Right After North Korea 1st Hydrogen Bomb Test creating an artificial earthquake around the site, the United Nations is calling an Emergency meeting. The Hydrogen bomb test happened at at 12:29 p.m. local time at the Punggye-ri nuclear site. Meanwhile officials in Seoul reported a magnitude at 5.7 earthquake;  the U.S. Geological Survey said it was a magnitude 6.3. So far, the strongest artificial quake from previous tests had been a magnitude 5.3. At first whether it was unclear where the seismic activity came from until the Rogue Leader sent out his warning. On April 17, 2017 38north.org commercial imagery satellites have taken photos of the nuclear site from above, this is what the photography looks like according to:
the Punggye-ri Nuclear Test Site, commercial satellite imagery from April 16 indicates little activity around the North Portal, the tunnel that North Korea appears to have been preparing for another nuclear test. Imagery does show what may be three volleyball games underway at different locations throughout the facility, and possibly another volleyball net set up at the command center area
